Delaware: Stop Radical Gun Control

The Delaware House of Representatives could soon be voting for a bill, Senate Bill 3, that would create more problems for law abiding citizens who only want to protect themselves and their loved ones.

This bill would force Delawareans to ask the government for their right to purchase a handgun for self-defense.

It would also create a database that would include the race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender, age, disability, and English language proficiency of gun owners.

SB 3 is joined by Senate Bill 6 which aims to ban standard capacity magazines that can carry more than 17 rounds.

If passed this bill would make the first offense of owning a standard capacity magazine a class B misdemeanor and every subsequent offense a class E felony, which could land the “offender” in prison for up to 5 years.

The National Association for Gun Rights is committed to fighting against the anti-gun left’s gun control schemes, but we can’t do it without your continued support.
